Accepted Artwork & Formats

• Preferred: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS (high-resolution, 300 dpi+)
• Simple, clean designs digitize best — fine detail, thin fonts, and gradients may be simplified
• Attach your file in the order notes or email it to us after checkout

Turnaround

• Standard: 24–48 hours (business days)
• Rush: Within 24 hours (business days)
• Delivery time starts once we receive your artwork and all order details

Included File Formats

• DST, PES, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, and other major machine formats
• A preview image (PNG) of the digitized design is included
• Request a specific format in your order notes — we'll confirm availability

Revision Process

• 1 free revision included per order
• Request changes by replying to your delivery email within 7 days
• Additional revisions available upon request (quoted separately)

Not Included

• Physical embroidery or finished garments (digital files only)
• Copyrighted or trademarked artwork without proof of authorization
• Complex photorealistic or gradient designs without prior approval
